Abstract

The present research emerged from the following problem: “How does the implementation of a motor skills program influence the improvement of cycling technique among the students of the National University of Central Peru?” The general objective of this study was to determine the influence of the application of a motor skills program in improving cycling technique among the students of the National University of Central Peru. The scientific method was used as the general method, and the experimental method was used as the specific method, with a preexperimental design. The study included 24 students, and the data collection instrument used was an observation checklist. The study concludes that there is a positive influence of the motor skills program on improving cycling technique among the students of the National University of Central Peru.
